Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund.
To be eligible for a return, you may not have downloaded the software as indicated by our download tracking data. Once downloaded – we cannot offer a refund on a product you now have in your possession.
Should you have a problem with your Bizzzly software – please kindly reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org to try to solve the issue you seem to be having. If we are unable to resolve your issue – we may work out a solution that is mutually agreeable.
